I would recommend Referral Genie to all real estate agents. They are an up and coming company that offers a nice mix of technical expertise and personal connection. By that I mean that they are always looking for ways to increase my exposure on the internet to gain more clients. Additionally, I appreciate the many hours they spend on the phone reaching out to my circle of influence to cheerfully generate positive reviews and referrals.

As a Realtor, it is important to have a large number of positive reviews on the internet from diverse sources. Referral Genie assists me in this goal in a couple important ways. First of all, they always ask my clients for a review and make it painless. Secondly, they ask me to approve the review before it is published (who else can offer that???). In addition, they make it easy to place a widget on my website leading to those reviews.

In January 2017, my favorite account representative, Casey Bushick called me about a cutting edge advertising idea to increase my influence. I could see that it was a great value and accepted an invitation from Referral Genie to boost my reviews in Google. That resulted in many more visits to my website. More importantly, I got 2 direct phone calls from buyers who quickly became clients. By March we were closing on Hannah's first house and I received a commission of $5,177! Comparatively, I spent A LOT less money to gain a client from the efforts of Referral Genie than I have been spending on Zillow. I am happy to have Referral Genie as a partner, because they have innovative ideas and help to grow my real estate business.
